Proposal Review
Independent review of a specific software or implementation proposal
A specific proposal is reviewed for objectives, scope, exclusions, dependencies, follow-on costs and identifiable risks.

Delivery: Within 5 business days after receipt of all required documents
You receive
- review of one complete proposal of up to 25 pages
- written assessment of the main uncertainties and risks
- prioritised question list for the vendor
- 30-minute online results call
The binding scope is confirmed in writing before commissioning. Larger proposals or additional appendices are quoted separately in advance.
Vendor Meeting Support
Independent preparation and support for an important vendor or IT meeting
CORBU prepares the meeting with you, participates as an independent client-side voice and documents decisions, commitments and open points.

Process: Preparation before the meeting and written documentation within 2 business days afterwards

Project Definition Review
A clear basis for deciding on a small or medium-sized digital project
CORBU clarifies the objective, process, requirements, stakeholders and open risks before a solution is selected or commissioned.

Implementation Review
Independent review of a planned or ongoing implementation project
CORBU reviews project status, requirements, scope, costs, open decisions and operational risks from the client’s perspective.

Delivery: Based on scope and project phase; the delivery date is confirmed in the individual proposal
You receive
- structured review of the available project documentation
- discussions with the relevant project stakeholders
- prioritised assessment of scope, costs, dependencies and operational risks
- written review report with an action and decision plan
Price and scope depend on the systems, locations, project phase and available documentation. You receive a binding fixed-price proposal before commissioning.
Ongoing Implementation Assurance
Regular independent reviews throughout implementation
CORBU reviews how objectives, scope, costs, risks, decisions and user adoption develop throughout the project.
From €1,490 excl. VAT per month
Minimum term: 3 months
You receive
- regular participation in agreed project or steering meetings
- ongoing review of critical documents, decisions and changes
- updated risk and action overview
- monthly Assurance Memo and management call
The review cycle, number of meetings and reporting scope are agreed to fit the project. You receive a binding monthly proposal before the engagement starts.
Go-live Readiness Review
Operational readiness review before production launch
CORBU reviews whether processes, data, users, testing, responsibilities, support and operations are genuinely ready for go-live.
From €1,490 excl. VAT
Delivery: Based on scope and planned go-live; the delivery date is confirmed in the individual proposal

- structured review of operational go-live readiness

- prioritised assessment of risks and missing prerequisites
- written Readiness Report with a clear recommendation
Scope and price depend on the systems, locations, available evidence and planned go-live. You receive a binding fixed-price proposal before commissioning.

Before any engagement, CORBU confirms the specific scope, required documents, delivery date and price in writing. Additional work is carried out only after prior coordination and written approval.
Additional work: €120 excl. VAT per hour. On-site meetings, travel time and travel expenses are quoted separately.
